5 hours on Randall’s Island with the artists and crew of @cirquedusoleil followed by a quick trip to Brooklyn for a couple of power hours on the latest @ryanmurphyproductions. Couldn’t ask for a better Friday with two outstanding staffs but the hard work needs to be properly fueled.

Made a mocha and added some @drinklmnt for sodium, potassium and magnesium support. Delicious and worked like a charm.

My head is still spinning from all of the controlled chaos. A renewed reverence for the educators that do this every day.

Condolences to the 11 schools that reached out but we were not able to accommodate due to time constraints. Next year we’ll do our best to make the surrounding weeks more appealing.
